Quick Score

While on the Group View / Dashboard, you can click the List View button to enable Quick Score.

This changes from students represented as cards to a list, giving the ability to evaluate multiple standards associated with an assignment for a whole group.

After selecting an assignment from the Assignment dropdown, click or tap the score under each standard to select the score for the student on that row.

If a student is unavailable to be observed, they have mastered all the standards in this assignment, or need to be excluded for any other reason, click the "X" next to their name to remove them from the list. NOTE: This does not remove the student from the Group, it only removes them from this quick score submission. Clicking Cancel will reset the list to it's original state by adding all excluded students back to the list. Clicking cancel will also deselect the selected Assignment to allow you to choose another.

Once you are ready to submit your score, click the Submit button. You will see a confirmation asking if you are sure. Once you confirm, all scores will be saved and a note automatically added to each observation "Entered using Quick Score."
