Observation Visibility Preferences

You have the option to determine if other instructors can see the observations you make about your students. NOTE: Users with the role POSIT Admin (School) can see all observations made about students assigned to their school.
To set your data visibility preferences, click the User icon on the navigation bar.
A menu will appear with different options to manage your account. Click Data Visibility.
A dialog will pop-up with the options you're able to set. Click the toggles to select Yes to allow others to view a type of observation, or No to not allow others to view a type of observation. When you are ready, click Save to keep your selections, or Cancel to discard them.
