Editing Groups

Locate the group you want to edit from the list on the Group Management page.

Click the group to select it.

You can now use the buttons between the Available Students and Assigned Students boxes to add and remove students to and from this group. You can also click the Edit button to make changes to the group's name or other details.

NOTE: Students in the Available Students list have been mapped to an instructor by a user with the POSIT Admin (School) role. If you are expecting to see a student and cannot, they may not have been mapped to you. Contact one of your POSIT Admins to update your student mappings.

To add all Available Students, click the top button.

To remove all Assigned Students, click the bottom button.

To add a single student, click their name in the Available Students box and click the second button.

To remove a single student, click their name in the Assigned Students box and click the third button.

To save changes to a group's student assignments, click the Save button.
